• Console identifiers (Xbox XUID, PSN Account ID) for verification
• Game statistics from uploaded box score screenshots
• Discord profile data (ID, connections) when you link your account
• Match results, chat messages, and activity within the platform
• Payment information processed through Whop (we never store card numbers; Whop runs the hosted checkout)

How We Use It

• Verify your identity and prevent smurf accounts
• Track and display your game statistics, rankings, and achievements
• Run anti-cheat detection (stat analysis, not device monitoring)
• Process entry fees and prize pool payouts
• Send notifications about matches, draft nights, and league events
• Generate AI scouting reports, predictions, and power rankings

What We Do NOT Do

• We do NOT install kernel-level anti-cheat on your device
• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
• We do NOT monitor your desktop, browser, or controller inputs
• We do NOT store credit card numbers (Whop handles all card data on its hosted checkout page)
• We do NOT share your email with marketing partners

Data Retention

Your game statistics and match history are retained indefinitely as part of the league record. Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Deletion removes personal data but preserves anonymized game statistics for league integrity.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. No advertising cookies are used.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.
